Donna Qualters, Ph.D.

Donna is co-founder and Educational Director for the Ethical Advisory Group (EAG). She is co-developer of the AIR Modelsm of ethical inquiry and has frequently implemented AIR in working with students in various cooperative education placements. A life-long educator, Donna has been involved in training and development for over 15 years. She has published and spoken frequently at national and international conferences on ethics education, teaching/learning issues, assessment, professional development, spirituality in the classroom, and change management.

Donna received her Ph.D. from Lesley University. She has worked in a professional development capacity at MIT, University of Massachusetts Medical School, Endicott College, Suffolk University and Northeastern University.

Through working with professionals, clinicians, faculty, teaching assistants, and students, Donna's interest in helping them cope with complex ethical issues in real world settings has inspired her to develop a model of ethical inquiry that will provide them with life-long tools rather than short term answers.
